Who we are
Gamer Quest Universe publishes written notes about the game Ice Crush. You can reach the editorial desk at desk@gamerquestuniverse.com. This website does not run a shop and does not take payments.
What we collect
- A preference stored in your browser under the name
gqu-cookie-2026, so the cookie note can stay closed after you choose. Details sit in the cookie policy. - Letters you choose to send. The contact form opens your own email application. We receive your name, email address, and message only if you send that letter.
- Ordinary server logs that a host may keep, such as a browser type and the time a page was requested. We use those to keep the site upright, not to build a portrait of a reader.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising profiles. We do not ask for account passwords, and we do not want them. Please do not include them in a letter.
Why we use a letter
If you write to us, we use the message to answer the question, correct a note, or follow up on the same thread. We keep correspondence for as long as that conversation needs, then delete it when it has gone quiet and there is no reason to hold it.
Readers under 16
The journal is written for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has written to the desk, email us and we will delete the letter.
Sharing
We do not pass reader letters to other businesses for their own marketing. A host or an email provider may process data strictly so the site and the inbox can function. Links to Google Play leave this site; that destination has its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a letter. Write to desk@gamerquestuniverse.com from the address you used. You may also clear the stored preference yourself; the cookie policy explains how.
Changes
If this policy changes in 2026 or after, the date at the top of the page will move with it. Continued use of the journal after an update means you have the new text available here.
