The journal
The site publishes editorial notes about the game Ice Crush: how a board feels, who shows up on it, and what a long run of levels does to an evening. Reading the notes means you accept these terms. If they do not suit you, the kind exit is to close the tab.
Not a shop
Gamer Quest Universe does not sell the game, take payments, or operate a checkout. Portrait buttons leave this site for the game’s page on Google Play. That store, and the game, keep their own terms. Anything you do there is between you and them.
Names and pictures
Ice Crush and the names of its characters belong to their owners. Screenshots are shown so the writing has a board to point at. Our sentences, layout, and the crystal mark in the header are part of this journal. Please do not copy the site’s text or design and present it as your own publication.
You may share a link to a page. A short quotation with a credit and a link is welcome. Lifting whole dispatches is not.
Letters
If you write to desk@gamerquestuniverse.com, you are responsible for what you send. Do not include unlawful material, other people’s secrets, or anything you do not have the right to share. We may ignore a letter that is abusive, and we may keep ordinary correspondence as described in the privacy policy.
A note can be wrong
Levels change. A themed stretch that looked one way in March 2026 may look another way by autumn. We write in good faith and correct mistakes when we learn about them. The notes are commentary, not a promise that a board will behave exactly as described on the day you read it.
Liability
The journal is offered as a reading room. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make while playing, for time spent on a stubborn spiral, or for what happens on a third-party store after you follow a link. Nothing here excludes liability that the law says cannot be excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not break the site, probe it for weaknesses, flood the desk, or use the pages to mislead someone about who we are. Automated scraping that strains the host is not allowed.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms during 2026 or later. The date under the title will change when we do. Questions start at the editorial desk: desk@gamerquestuniverse.com. Please write before you escalate; most mix-ups are a sentence long.
